Tender Loving Critter Care is an owner-operated business providing professional pet care for Bozeman pet parents and their furry family members. TLCC offers a variety of services to meet your needs including daily dog walking, vacation pet sitting, and more. TLCC has been pet sitting in the Bozeman area since 2010 and has the professionalism, dedication and experience needed for personalized in home pet care service. It's a pleasure to walk your dogs, play "chase the string" with your cat, or head-bob with your feathered friend! Whatever helps your pet(s) feel safe and secure in your home while you're away. Tender Loving Critter Care cares for dogs, cats, parrots, ferrets, horses, goats, hens, turtles, lizards...you name it; big or small TLCC loves them all!

How it works
New Clients: Schedule your free at home “meet and greet” consultation.
Existing Clients: Time To Pet Client Portal
Online Scheduling:
The first scheduled service will be scheduled in person, free of charge. TLCC utilizes Time To Pet, an online scheduling software program where clients can request services, view invoices, and make payments. New clients will be added to Time To Pet after the initial consultation.
During the initial consultation, please plan for about 20 minutes, depending on how many pets you have and the level of detail necessary for their care. Together, we will review your pet care forms and develop a customized care plan to meet your needs, including the locations of the pet's food, medication (if needed), leashes, litter box, trash, toys, and other items that will need to be accessed during your time away.
After the consultation, you will be able to relax and enjoy your time away from your pets knowing that they will be in a familiar place and cared for as if you were there.
Please have the following ready at the meet and greet:
Payment is due upon completion of services. Cash, check, credit cards (via Time To Pet), and Venmo are accepted. Please make checks payable to Tender Loving Critter Care.

- Completed and signed Service Contract Form
- Keys: One set of tested keys to access any entrance. Keys are kept in a secure location. If you choose not to have Tender Loving Critter Care retain your keys, they will be left in a secure place at your home. For liability reasons we are unable to leave your keys inside your home prior to your arrival, in case you are delayed and your pet should need additional care.
Payment is due upon completion of services. Cash, check, credit cards (via Time To Pet), and Venmo are accepted. Please make checks payable to Tender Loving Critter Care.

Pet Sitting
This is perfect if you are leaving on vacation, working long hours, are expecting a late night, or have a new puppy or elderly pooch that just can't hold it too long. Pets can be fed, watered, allowed to stretch their legs, play, and receive lots of attention.
Dog Walking
Exercise and mental stimulation are key to a dog's well being. While at work, break up the monotony of the day by treating your pet to a walk or a game of fetch in the yard. You'll come home to a very happy dog. Water and food refreshing included, if needed, and treats provided if allowed. TLC...always!
